Prescription Refills Online
At Fort Family Practice we are happy to offer our registered patients the opportunity to request prescription refills - via our Portal website or Aero app. This is the quickest and most direct way to get a response from our office (compared to asking the pharmacy to fax or call for a refill).
On this page, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to request refills directly from our office.
First Steps
If you haven’t already, sign up for access to your online Portal here (make sure you approve the Patient Portal option). The Portal is accessible by website (Accession) or smartphone app (Aero).
Check if there are any refills left on your current prescription at your pharmacy. Check your prescription bottle or blister pack (usually noted as “Refills: 0” if there are no refills). Or, call your pharmacy to verify as they have the most accurate information.
