Portal Upgrade
Both the Accession website and the Aero app have been upgraded for our office (again, in August 2023).
If you are accessing the Accession website, you will be redirected to the NEW entry page automatically. If you are using the Aero app, please download the new Aero Patient 3 app in your app store.
If you are an existing Portal user, and have not accessed the NEW Portal yet, you will need to register again. Please use the same details you have provided our office (date of birth, phone number, email address). Once you have gone through the registration and verification processes, you can then log in and then be able to select Fort Family Practice, and be directed to the usual interface.
If you are a new Portal user, you may now register yourself. You must use the same cell phone number and email address that are registered with our office.
To log in on the app, use the Username and Password you created, and the url 020.myaccesssion.com
