Having trouble with the Portal Website (Accession)?

Common Issues:

  • You must have requested access and completed consent for the Portal - click here if you have not done this step.

  • Your username and password must be given to you by our office. It is taking our office up to 15 business days to process requests to access the Portal, due to the number of requests we are receiving plus our usual clinical work that needs to be done.

  • The Accession website can unfortunately be slow, and it is not in our control. Thank you for your patience.

  • If there is an error message, try refreshing the page, or clicking the Back button to see if your page will load.

Common Issues

  • You must have requested access and completed consent for the Portal - click here if you have not done this step.

  • Your user ID and password must be given to you by our office. It is taking our office up to 15 business days to process requests to the Portal, due to the number of requests we are receiving plus our usual clinical work that needs to be done.

  • The Aero app login page will request a path, please type in: https://fortmedconnect.myaccession.com/aero

  • It may take a while to load all the information on the app. One of our doctors has tested it, and it took 48 hours for her app to fully function!

  • There have been some IT issues which we are working with the developer on. If you are not able to get the Aero app operational, we suggest logging on the Accession online portal instead. Your user ID and password will be the same for the website.

We are working on an instruction manual for using the app, and will post it to this page once completed.

For now, here is an introductory document from the app developers: Introduction to Aero Guide.
